Beer Board
- Meetings are held whenever needed.
- Members are appointed to approve or deny any and all beer applications.
- Requirements to obtain a beer permit are: $250 non-refundable payment to have application submitted to the Beer Board, a survey completed by a licensed surveyor, and the restaurant is required to be 300 feet from the main structure of a church, school, hospital, and/or public gathering spot.
- There is a $100 annual fee due by January 1st, and notifications will be sent out on December 1st. You will then receive a receipt and a permit showing that you have paid your annual beer permit renewal, signed by the Recorder/Treasurer.
- There are five (5) members on the Beer Board and each member holds a two-year term.
- Members of the Beer Board are appointed by the Mayor.
